Answers to commonly asked questions that are related to orders and payment.
What size should I buy?
Adult socks come in three sizes, Small, Medium and One-size. For Kids socks, we have sizes suitable for age groups 2-5 Years and 7-9 Years. Click here to see our size chart.
If you're getting them as gifts and are unsure what size would be suitable for the receiver, we generally recommend Small for ladies and Medium for men.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
What if I need to change my order?
If you made a mistake in your order details and would like to change it, please send us an email to our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours.
However, once an order has successfully processed, we are unable to make any changes to order, which includes quantity, sizing and shipping address.
How do I speak to someone?
You may fill up the contact form or email us directly at email@example.com and someone from our team will get in touch with you shortly. Or if you urgently need to reach us, you may drop us a message on Facebook or Instagram!
We use major carriers and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Ordering to Singapore or Malaysia? We offer free delivery for orders above S$30. For orders from elsewhere, we offer free international standard shipping on orders above S$65.
To check the cost of shipping to your country, you may proceed to checkout your cart and enter your address details.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping with deliveries to most countries.
Is there an express shipping option?
We provide next-day delivery options for orders within Singapore for S$10. E.g., Orders before 8pm with the express shipping option selected will receive their orders the following weekday.
Rest of the world
We currently do not offer express shipping options for orders outside of Singapore, but we're working on it!
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
[Note dating 1 December 2021: Shipping timings may be delayed by 2-3 days due to heavy flow of packages during this period.]
All orders will be processed and shipped out within 24 hours from your order.
Your package will arrive approximately between 2-3 days from your order.
Rest of the World
For orders outside of Singapore, shipping timings will vary between 4 to 16 working days.
How can I track my order?
Once an order has been processed, our team will send out a notification to you that includes an order tracking number and a link to track your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer free shipping on returns?
Talking Toes does not offer free shipping on return at the moment. Shipping costs from returns will be borne entirely by customers.
What is your return policy?
A return must be requested within 30 days of the ship date, after which merchandise must be sent back within 15 days. Merchandise must not be worn, washed, dyed, or altered. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. Package should only include items listed in that particular return packing slip. Merchandise that appears to be worn and/or washed and not in its original/sellable condition may result in a delayed refund/exchange, or may not qualify for a refund or exchange. In these cases, the item(s) will be returned to you. Certain items are marked as not refundable and are not eligible for returns (ie. gift cards, gifts with purchase). Sets and Kits are not eligible for partial exchange or return.
